As part of the legal writing service we provide to our clients, we also offer a document storage service for their papers. Not just restricted to clients, we can also provide secure file storage to non-clients too.
It is important to remember that a Will is only valid once a physical copy has been signed. This is why it is so crucial to keep any documents like this safe from harm, accident or loss. Our will storage and document storage facility provides you with additional peace of mind.

You will receive a certificate of secure document storage for your reference once your documents have been safely stored with us.
Once a document has been stored with us, for a small additional fee clients will also be offered updates of any documents stored, which we strongly advise for any circumstantial changes in personal or financial affairs. Providing the content is similar, we’re also able to do complete rewrites of documents like Wills, as part of this fee. Additional trusts and estate planning however are not covered.
